Registered Address
We provide you with a Registered Address in a prime CBD area for business/company registration purposes or even to serve as your private mailing address.
Registered Address can be displayed on business cards, letterheads or any other official documents.

Mail Notification
VirtualOfficeSpace.com.sg provides notification via email & sms (for local mobile phone users only) upon mail arrival.
Mail Notification is free of charge for all clients of VirtualOfficeSpace.com.sg.
Weekly Mail Forwarding
For any arrival of postal mails, including courier items and small parcels, Vision Group provides Mail Forwarding every Thursday*.
Mail Forwarding will be free from any administrative fee for the 1st year. Postal charges will be billed according to SingPost rates.
Foreign customers will required to place a deposit of S$100 for postal charges.
*If Thursday is a public holiday or non-working day, mail forwarding will be postponed to the following working day. Upon registration, detailed information will be sent to you via PDF on how to use our mail forwarding service.
Shared Fax Receiving & Forwarding
A Shared fax number will be allocated to Vision Diamond Plan Subscribers. Incoming Faxes will be segregated by recipient client company’s name and emailed to the respective client’s specified email address.
Meeting Facilities
Virtual Office Diamond subscribers are entitled to 10 hours of meeting room facilities per annum.
Vision Group provides a corporate meeting room which is comfortable for 8 persons.
Additional Bookings during Office Hours (Monday – Friday, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM)
Vision Group Clients : S$10 per hour. Non Vision Group Clients : $ 20 per hour.
Projector Rental available @ S$5 per hour
*All bookings must be made 1 day in advance. Same day booking is possible upon availability of the meeting room. All bookings subjected to availability
Client Restriction
Virtual Office Diamond can be registered by customers worldwide, without restriction on the native location of the user*.
*Online payment may not be available to users of certain countries.
